A postcard depicting the portrait of Anne used on stamps released in 1975. On the back is a reproduction of what the stamp looked like in the top right corner. The stamp was issued May 15, 1975. Martha Shea was the inspiration for the portrait of Anne of Green Gables. The stamp was released to commemorate L.M. Montgomery's 100th birthday.
